BS students Philippines issue by rajshthan High court
NMC bill 2021 come enforce by the GOI in this bill many points were mentioned but the bs is no longer part of medicine course, some students had challenge it in delhi high court got rejected. Some students & parents union reached to the rajshthan High court for one time exempted for bS students,who already got admission in course before the NMC bill enforce. By the source the hearing date was on 27th July now next hearing on the matter in September 2022. Thousand of students & parents are in trouble because this the matter of career as well as big financial risk of parents. the Philippines, medical education is offered in two parts - BS Biology is a course conducted for 18-24 months which is followed by the 48-month doctor of medicine (MD) course. The NMC says that it will protect the interest of students who have taken admission in MD before the date of notification, ie, November 18, 2021, but those who were enrolled for BS Biology will not get any relief....
